Compact enough to tuck into your glove box or trunk, it's the essential emergency tool for cars, motorcycles, SUVs, and any vehicle running tubeless tires.

What's in the Kit?

  • T-Handle Needle Tool – Inserts the rubber repair strip through the tire wall with ease
  • 5 x Rubber Repair Strips – Heavy-duty strips that create a firm, lasting seal in the punctured area
  • Durable Plastic Handles – Ergonomic T-shape design provides maximum grip and control, even in wet conditions
  • Step-by-Step Instructions – Printed on the packaging so you can follow along quickly in an emergency

How to Use

  1. Locate the puncture and remove any embedded object (nail, screw, etc.)
  2. Insert the Rasper Tool into the hole and work it in and out to clean and widen the opening
  3. Thread a rubber repair strip halfway through the eye of the Needle Tool
  4. Push the Needle Tool firmly into the puncture until approximately 1 cm of strip remains outside the tire
  5. Pull the tool out swiftly — the strip stays in place, sealing the hole
  6. Trim any excess rubber strip flush with the tire surface
  7. Re-inflate your tire and check the seal — you're good to go!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this tubeless tire repair kit compatible with motorcycle tires as well as car tires?

A: Yes! This tubeless tire repair kit is universally compatible with all tubeless tires, including those on cars, motorcycles, SUVs, ATVs, and light trucks. As long as your vehicle uses tubeless tires, this kit will work effectively.

Q: How many punctures can I repair with this kit?

A: The kit includes 5 rubber repair strips, meaning you can repair up to 5 separate punctures. The T-handle rasper and needle tools are reusable, so you can purchase additional rubber strips separately to extend the kit's life.

Q: Do I need to remove the tire or wheel to use this repair kit?

A: No — that's one of the biggest advantages of this kit. You can repair a tubeless tire puncture while the wheel remains on your vehicle. Simply deflate slightly if needed, insert the tools, seal the hole, and re-inflate. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Q: Is the repair permanent, or is it a temporary fix?

A: The rubber strip plug repair is considered a reliable roadside fix suitable for continued use. However, for critical or sidewall punctures, we always recommend having the tire professionally inspected as soon as possible to ensure full safety.
